I just have to insist on amending the Cafe Berlin assessment (The Feed, 1/28) somewhat: You have to go for the desserts/cakes, arguably the city’s best. Yeah, shock of all shocks, Germans don’t make just strudel. Add some warmer temperatures and the outdoor seating, and a bier und kuchen utopia begins to emerge.
