On November 27, 2004 at approximately 23:20 hours, off duty Metropolitan Police Department officers discovered suspicious activity on the rear of the football field pertaining to unknown individuals. The MPD officers attempted to gain access to the secured football field without success…A Watkins cruiser responded to the scene. The Emergency Response Team did not have keys to the football stadium gates, but authorized MPD to cut the locks to the gates. The football stadium was searched with negative results. MPD did not complete a report.

Oct. 6, 2004, 11:11 a.m.

The boyfriend of a student’s mother entered a classroom and confronted another student about a Game Boy that he had snatched from the student. The boyfriend began using profanity. The teacher instructed the boyfriend to leave the classroom. The mother then entered the classroom and confronted the student. The mother began shaking the student and then slapped his face. The teacher intervened and removed the student from the classroom. Another teacher also intervened and began questioning the boyfriend. The boyfriend continued using profanity and threatened to beat up the student. The second teacher then attempted to calm the boyfriend down. The boyfriend and the mother departed the school. MPD responded and completed a report.

Improper Conduct

Johnson Junior High School

1400 Bruce Place SE

Nov. 12, 2004, 9:32 a.m.

A teacher was in the second floor hallway when a student began following her. The student then stated to the teacher “I’m going to f**k the sh*t out of you.” The student then instructed the teacher to suck his private part. The teacher walked to the office and informed the principal of the incident. The school-assigned MPD officer was notified. The MPD officer did not complete a report. Parent notified. The student received a 25-day suspension.
