As the gentrification continues, someone needs to please teach these yuppies from the ’burbs how to live in the city. The fact that that idiot would run into a crowd and demand his scooter back (“Grand Theft Moto,” 10/28) only indicates to me that the guys in the crowd were soft and he was stupid. Even a mongrel dog will attack if backed into a corner, and his running into that group was virtually the same thing.

Anyway, if you are going to live in the city, be prepared to take some losses, and if you are too attached to something to lose it, be prepared to fight or potentially die or hurt someone else for it.
