Health Department Says: severe roach infestation

Business Says: Reached by telephone, manager Young Clara Lee denied that her restaurant had been closed by the city. The roaches are a “minor” problem, she said. Lee was not at the restaurant when the inspector came, she said, because of a fractured finger that had been bleeding for six days. “In three and a half years, the one day I went home at 2 p.m., the inspector comes,” she said. “I was like, ‘Kill me,’ you know?”
