Health Department says: no hot water

Business says: No comment. On May 18, a Circle B worker declined to talk about the closure, but a paper sign hanging in the window—temporarily close—suggested a possible water problem, as did a plumber who soon showed up at the door and announced, “I’m here about the water problem.” The shop couldn’t reopen fast enough for locals who’d gathered in a small throng on the sidewalk. A young man with a stylish cane shouted that he needed the store to reopen “so I can take my medicine.” The Circle B doesn’t carry prescription meds; what the man needed, he clarified, was a blunt.
