Let me get this straight: dupont circle parents who want a better education for their kids at their neighborhood public school are villains. Local residents who worked to deny recreational opportunities to small children are victims. A DCPS employee who apparently made it her personal goal to thwart the needs of families in her school district is a hero. And the City Paper, which used to stand up for the rights of residents against unresponsive and corrupt government, has gone over to the other side.
