•Executive, Heal Thyself: Sad, upset, furious? Instead of venting to co-workers, says presenter Janelle Brittain, “go to a private place, say those things you want to say, let the tears flow.” Then press one fist in the palm of the other hand while exhaling to direct that unleashed adrenaline into your muscles “so that it pumps good oxygenated blood to your brain while dissipating the anger.”
•Putt, Putt, You’re Dead: Experts recommended keeping an ambulance on standby during golf outings due to the risk of medical emergencies resulting from the combination of alcohol, dehydration, and putting.
