With the “Atlas District” located off the Metro map, the bars along H Street NE have to work a little harder to draw in the weeknight drinkers. But no themed bar night succeeds quite like the Rock & Roll Hotel’s simply conceived Thursday-night Drunken Jenga, which greases the wooden-block balancing game with $2 PBR specials. In this boozy spin on the family classic, patrons become both bolder and shakier as the night progresses, so expect to hear the game’s titular exclamation as increasingly tipsy towers succumb to hammered handiwork. Unlike other childhood games, which may lose their luster beneath weeknight beer goggles, this one becomes more interesting as its players become increasingly intoxicated. Maybe it’s the house rule: Tip over the tower and chug your entire beer.
