Talk about worst to first. For years, these courts, which are just off Georgia Avenue NW by Howard University and Banneker High School, were cracked. The lines were dull, and the nets saggy and holey. Then came a revival; sometime in the past couple of years, the crews came in and brought new life to the courts. They’re now world-class and people are catching on. On a nice summer weekend, you gotta get there early.
