Alien Warrior comes to Earth with the most serious of missions: to find and destroy the “Great Evil” that plagues our world. So what, exactly, is this “Great Evil?” Disease? Warfare? Man’s inhumanity to man? Not exactly. In fact, Earth’s biggest threat is apparently a sleazy pimp named “Mr. One.” And the alien (who takes the name “Buddy”) knows that Mr. One is his arch-nemesis because he straight-up asks him, “Are you great evil?,” to which the pimp responds, “Yeah, I’m the greatest, sucker.” What follows is a series of slow-motion displays of Buddy’s amazing alien powers as he combats the half-naked, Uzi-toting Mr. One, only occasionally taking a break to help the homeless or cure cancer patients. Oh, and of course, a lot of gratuitous nudity—and a break-dancing scene thrown in for good measure. If only Buddy had stayed on Earth a little longer: Perhaps mankind’s greatest injustice is that Alien Warrior has yet to see a DVD release. The film shows at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, at the The Arlington Cinema ’N’ Drafthouse, 2903 Columbia Pike, Arlington. $2. (703) 486-2345.
