The release of Game Change, the new book by Mark Halperin and John Heilemann, was rightly greeted with yawns—until, that is, its juicy anecdotes started trickling out, like Sarah Palin’s predebate confusion over “O’Biden” and a reminder that, yes, John Edwards is a delusional dickhead.
