The Barns at Wolf Trap

This June at The Barns, the audience will choose the outcome for this sublime yet brief Mozart masterpiece. A young man and woman fall in love while held hostage in a foreign land. Unfortunately, the heroine (Zaide) is also desired by the Sultan who has imprisoned them. The couple escapes but is recaptured. We don’t know if this opera was meant to end in tragedy or forgiveness, so be part of the audience and seize the moment to cast your vote and solve Mozart’s mystery!
