September 18 & 19
Bull Run Regional Park Special Events Center
Centreville, Virginia

The Virginia Wine Festival is the foundation stone of the wine festival season, and moreover of the Virginia Wine Industry itself. Begun in 1975 by an industrious group of grape-growing individuals calling themselves the Vinifera Wine Growers Association, now known as the Atlantic Seaboard Wine Association, this 35th annual wine festival began as a way to introduce and educate the populace about the merits of Virginia wine. Since those early beginnings, Virginia has grown in stature to become the 5th state in US wine production, and the Virginia Wine Festival has grown to become the #1 tasting event in Virginia-featuring over 400 varieties of wine, paired with gourmet food offerings, a juried arts show, and unbeatable musical entertainment.

As the longest-running wine festival on the East Coast, the Virginia Wine Festival has become a Grand Commonwealth Tradition and a wine enthusiasts’ paradise. Join us, September 18-19 at the beautiful and centrally-located Bull Run Park Special Events Center for an unbeatable weekend experience!
