
Washington City Paper is giving away tickets to the all-star gala concert Celebrating the Music of Paul Simon, recipient of the first annual Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song.
The Library will celebrate Simon’s many musical achievements with performances by Stevie Wonder, James Taylor, Art Garfunkel, Alison Krauss, Lyle Lovett, Dianne Reeves, Yolanda Adams, Marc Anthony, Dixie Hummingbirds, Jerry Douglas, Philip Glass, Ladysmith Black Mambazo, Stephen Marley, Buckwheat Zydeco, and Simon himself!
Presenters will include Billy Collins, Bob Costas, and Lorne Michaels. (Additional artists to be announced shortly. All artists subject to change.)
