The best known rocker in glasses since Buddy Holly, Costello promises a night of fierce rock ’n’ roll and clever songwriting that will run the gamut of his 35-year career, from his greatest hits to his latest album. Elvis Costello & the Imposters draw on a myriad of genres, layering punk rock, new wave, reggae, and country to create a sound that transcends tradition. In 2010 Costello released National Ransom, his second album produced with T. Bone Burnett. Paste magazine praised the songwriter’s powerhouse lyrics, saying “it’s clear that after 3 decades he can still pen a hell of a tune.”
