You’ll probably recognize Smoove from his loud-mouthed, bombastic role on Curb Your Enthusiasm as Leon, an over-the-top foil to Larry David’s sensitive neuroses. As a stand-up, Smoove offers the same tempo of fast-talk; he fires off jokes like missiles, liberally sprinkling his riffs on life with the word “mothafucka.” Smoove’s act is pure id, strained through some impressive vulgarity.
