Mix the lightning-quick wit of Brooklyn MC Fabolous with the arrogant drug-dealer brags of Virginia’s Pusha T and you have a show that appeals to a sweeping variety of hip-hop fans: young and old, hypebeasts and hustlers alike. Inspired by “Life Is So Exciting,” the tag-team lyrical beatdown from Fab’s The Soul Tape 2, MTV Jams decided to put the show on the road. Fabolous has mastered the art of appealing to fans of commercial and underground hip-hop, while Pusha T’s boasts about mountains of cocaine sold and money acquired have reached new peaks since joining Kanye West’s G.O.O.D Music label in 2010. The show should lend a glimpse into Pusha’s upcoming G.O.O.D Music debut, My Name Is My Name; in preparation, consider checking out the 2006 documentary
