In January, Fishbowl DC’s irascible then-editor Betsy Rothstein was slapped with a lawsuit for writing a series of articles that portrayed local publicist Wendy Gordon as an attention seeking, slutty cougar in a series called “Wendy Wednesday.” The case would have played out like a low-budget Hollywood film, with a witness list of local journalistic quasi-celebrities, but unfortunately for would-be spectators, it was settled out of court. Rothstein left Fishbowl in October and proved to still be quite employable, landing a gig a few days later at the Daily Caller, where she continues to troll not-so-famous journos as hard as ever.
