Guests may swing by this still-standing institution once a week or once a summer, but it’s a day-in, day-out gig for the workers who sell and serve crustaceans from floating barges for seven days straight—before taking seven days off. This week, on Washington City Podcast, food editor Laura Hayes joins them.
