Few things say summer in D.C. like getting seafood at the Maine Avenue Fish Market. Guests may swing by this still-standing institution once a week or once a summer, but it’s a day-in, day-out gig for the workers who sell and serve crustaceans from floating barges for seven days straightbefore taking seven days off. This week, on Washington City Podcast, food editor Laura Hayes joins them.
